No cancellation fee will be applied if the booking is cancelled more than fourteen days prior to arrival. However, if the booking is cancelled less than fourteen days prior to arrival, the full booking will be charged.Any guest booked to stay at Shinagawa Beach Hotel who has either arrived, or scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka, and tests positive for COVID-19 will get a full refund, even if it is within fourteen days of arrival. This is also applicable to the immediate family of the patient if they are included in the booking.
